Centralised Office Information Toolkit
The Centralised Office Information Toolkit enables
you to embed core details of your organisation's offices into a
variety of standard business applications (such as Microsoft
Office).
Assuming your company produces any form of document
based on templates in day to day operation (such as invoices or
letters). The underlying template to generate these documents will
be embedded with certain details (such as addresses or contact
telephone numbers). If you were to move office or even open a new
branch, each of these templates would have to be amended to contain
the new address information and then deployed to the new site.
However, If these templates were created using the COI Toolkit, you
would simply need to change one centrally stored file to include
the new office details and roll out your existing set of templates
to the new office. This would make your your deployment far more
efficient with less reliance on technical resources.
In more detail, COI toolkit provides your template
development staff simple methods for obtaining, managing and
maintaining this information. All information stored is
multi-ligual compliant (unicode) and so can be deployed across the
globe without complication. In using this techology, the
information stored can be customised to your individual
requirements while remaining easily accessible through the toolkit
interface.
